In this week’s show like every other, Deborah and Carrie spent 56 minutes chatting about recent events, future events and all things in between. Escape Rooms and Novels are also brought up in casual conversation.

Guests for the show included journalist and writer Tim Parfitt and Anastasia Umovskaya from Game Point Center in Barcelona the biggest center for Escape Rooms in Europe. London and the UK were large topics to be discussed this week, with 3 of 4 people in the room being British nationals, but also the recent events around the “terrorist attack,” Tim, Carrie, and Deborah discuss what happened, and the difference media plays in events like these in 2017 vs 2005. The show’s favorite subject Brexit was brought up again with news that the UK PM Theresa May triggering article 50 on March 29th – yes that is next week!
Tim Parfitt discusses his new crime novel which is based in Barcelona (which is also being made into a TV series). Anastasia Umovskaya tells us about the history of Escape Rooms in Europe. Fun Fact: Escape rooms first made their appearance in Japan. The co-hosts see this new form entertainment as collaborative with no “winners” what do you think?
