This week Antonia Eraud explains to us how a fine mix of art and horses might be the true secret to happiness! Antonia is a French art therapist currently living in Barcelona. Born into a family of artists, sailors, and entrepreneurs, it is no wonder why a love art and adventure runs so strongly in her veins. She graduated from Oxford University 2014 with a degree in psychology. Antonia continued to hone her skills training in art therapy at the British Association of Art Therapists in London & starting working with horses here in Barcelona, coaching with the International Escuela Equilibri.
