This workshop is for anyone is in a position of power or would like to be in one. Coach and trainer, Sonsoles Alonso, will present hands-on exercises towards a use of power that is ethical, authentic and effective. Using power effectively and positively is THE new core competency of the 21st century.
Those who use power in a way that is healthy and wise understand how to empower themselves while empowering others. This has a positive effect on communication, collaboration, and getting things done.
Towards the end of the workshop, there will be networking and pica pica.
At the Workshop, you will,
1) Gain insight into your personal Powerprint.
2) Understand how your behavior affects the people you lead.
3) Expand your awareness of the power and remove the guilt or fear of abusing it.
4) Access tools to shift power dynamics at work and in daily life.
